Raised in New Zealand, Esbe brings you nothing short of passion and pride when it comes to helping coaches, consultants, speakers, entrepreneurs and professionals publish professional audiobooks.

I've helped authors from around the globe create their audiobooks — with a 100% author satisfaction rate! Each author has come to us with their specific goals, whether it be: to create an audiobook to be used as a business card when booking speaking engagements, to use their audiobook as part of their marketing funnel to sell their high-ticket product or service, to simply reach a whole new level of their audience, and every author we’ve worked with has accomplished the goals they set with us!

One of the things we’re asked at least once a day, each is “How on earth did you get started in all this?”

Enter Esbe:

Growing up, my father would entertain me with colorful tales of growing up in South-Africa — stealing socks from the neighbors clothesline, what he remembers about his late parents that I never got to meet, of the different era he was raised in.

It was these times where I most felt connected to him. He was several generations older than me — a product of the depression era, where I was a surprise baby, 14 years younger than my brother. Although the details were different to my own stories — the underlying concepts and feelings were what I connected to: angst, curiosity, pure childish joy, confusion, disappointment, and love.

A few years ago, my dad had a major health scare (don’t worry, he’s fine now). He really started to think about his time here on earth and about the legacy he was leaving. So, he started recording his stories on tape. I was left thinking about my children, his grandchildren, and how much they will miss out on when my dad is no longer around to tell his tales.

A thought struck me, to put his stories into a timeless capsule, to keep them safe for generations to come. I wanted to gift a book, both physical and audio, full of my dad’s stories to him so that he could be content knowing his experiences and lessons were not for naught, that they would be heard and he would be remembered long after he was gone.

I went about searching for someone to help me — I had no idea how to turn these recordings of my father’s into something beautiful.

Services that we did find didn’t produce anything like we had in mind, we were disappointed in the quality of what these services were presenting to us. I didn’t want to make something crappy to house these powerful stories, I wanted a book and audiobook that each of my family members would be proud to read, listen to and share around.

There had to be a better way.

I researched world-class authors, I spent hours figuring out what makes an audiobook good from the point of its inception, through the publishing phase, to the time it is listened to. I, to be honest, was totally obsessed with books and audiobooks spreading wisdom and ideas from real people to real people. In time, I figured out how to put stories in an order that engages people, how to pass knowledge from one person’s head to another. I first learnt how to design a book that not only looks beautiful on a family member’s shelf, but also on Barnes and Noble’s shelves.

I started helping friends in the coaching industry with their books and soon I had a fully-fledged publishing house, supporting nonfiction authors on every step of their publishing journeys.

I then figured out how to turn these incredible stories into audiobooks that matched the standard I had set. I learned that the future of "books" was in audio, that the best audience for my authors were audiobook listeners.

I learned that the impact of having the attention of a prospective client for 6 hours while they listened to you, telling them your ideas, in your voice, was momentous. A game-changer.

I focussed all my attention on perfecting my audiobook creation craft, and now I'm a leader in helping nonfiction authors turn their books into high-quality, professional audiobooks that raise their authority and get them not only more, but better-quality clients.

I believe you must bring your best self to your audiobook, your legacy, for it to thrive.

That includes your unique set of gifts, your personality, your sense of humor, your wisdom and most importantly, your passion.

Above all, I know that no matter what the reasons are behind why you keep putting off publishing your audiobook, you do have the power to make the best version of your audiobook, and, by doing so, you’ll impact the world.

My philosophy — hard-work and a bunch of fun — has lead me to work with some wonderful people that I am so incredibly proud of.

From these dear authors and many others, I continue to learn new things each day and expand my own ideas on what it means to truly bring your light, wisdom and passion to the world through an audiobook.

Which brings me to you.
